Meet our Team......
Jeff Lee
Jeff has been the owner of J&R Service Center since 1995. He has over 30 years experience in both automotive repair and truck repair. He prides himself on the high producing team that provides top notch customer service and quality repairs to the customers.
Jeff is ASE Master Certified and also has towing certification through Wreckmaster. He has done extensive business and owner training throughout his years of owning the shop.
When Jeff isn’t towing or at the shop he likes to ride his motorcycle with his wife, water ski, and travel. He also enjoys music and playing bass guitar.
Amy Lee
Amy is the Service Manager at the Diamond shop. She has been a member of the team since 2010. Amy has extensive training as a Service Advisor and as a Service Manager and continues to sharpen her skills throughout her career.
She has 5 children that keep her very busy traveling to watch soccer, cheerleading, and marching band. When she isn’t at the shop she likes to cook out with family, go boating, and ride the motorcycle with her husband.
Gary Tassi
Gary is our Lead Technician at the Diamond location and also a Certified Master Technician. Gary has been part of our team since 2009. In addition, he has 10 years experience as a technician for Dodge.
Gary is a huge asset to the shop and a high producer while still focusing on quality work. He has been a great leader and is our go to guy for transmission rebuilds and also electronics diagnostics.
Joe Frigo
Joe Frigo is the tow truck operator and also a technician at the Diamond location. Joe has 18 years in the automotive field and is certified through the Towing & Recovery Association of America and also Traffic Incident Management. When Joe is not at work you can find him playing the guitar, building electronics, amplifier design, and PCB engineering.
Joe plans to obtain a Class A CDL and also become a Master Technician. Those are secondary of course to keeping track of his stuff and ruling the world!
Dan Schmoeger
Dan has been the Service Advisor at our Gardner location since 2019. Dan has 22 years experience as a mechanic and 3 years experience as a Service Advisor.
Dan enjoys Nascar, fishing, and grilling with his family and friends. He would love to retire to Florida in the future.
Amanda Hall
Amanda is the Service Writer and Dispatcher at our Diamond location. She has been a member of our team since 2019 and also has 2 years previous experience in the industry.
Amanda loves spending time doing anything with her son and daughter. They enjoy camping, fishing, traveling, and anything else they can do outdoors.
